Prior to working at Fawnridge Realty and Land, I spent 20+ years working for a privately owned company in Des Plaines, IL., as their VP of Operations and Customer Service. Upon departing the hustle and bustle of city life, I accepted a position as the Office Manager for Fawnridge Realty and Land. After a couple of months, I obtained my Realtor's license and ever since then I have had the pleasure of helping Clients find their dream property! My goal when I show Lake Carroll to future property owners is, first and foremost, to find out if LAKE CARROLL IS FOR THEM. |

WELCOME TO MY HOME! My husband Jim and I bought our property at Lake Carroll in 1997. We had been looking for retirement property for a long time and decided one January to take a ride to Lake Carroll. After having looked at other various lake/golf communities as well as lakes in other states we found Lake Carroll to fit out needs to a tee!
Just two hours from the Chicagoland area but still close enough to see the kids and our friends when we want to. In 2001 we built our home at the lake! It is a wonderful place to be. Now when the kids and grandchildren come to visit they have full use of the lake and all the other Lake Carroll amenities. Lake Carroll is definitely what we had been looking for.
